Hello, I am Mary and I am the Office Manager at Stroh’s Real Estate and Auction LLC. We are located in the growing/thriving town of Lyons, Kansas. We are located at 117 W Main on the North Side of the Square. Right across the street from our office is the picturesque/historic courthouse. The property that the courthouse sits on originally belonged to the family of Jim Hollinger. It belonged to Thruman J Lyons who was a real estate agent. Funny, Jim Hollinger, his great great nephew is also in real estate. Jim is the managing broker of Stroh’s Real Estate and Auction. Thus, you see, Jim has long ties to the past. Jim wants you to know that we will NOT sell the courthouse, but the former Rice County Jail is for sale.
