New tenant moving in!!
Large percentage of merchandise being sold has been put into totes.  TOTES themselves NOT SELLING so buyers need to bring own boxes, bags or other containers to load up purchased items.  “Thank you for your cooperation”.
PLEASE, wear masks and practice social distancing.  Much of the auction will be outside unless bad weather.

ALL BIDDERS must present auction clerk with valid identification (i.e. Valid Driver's license) to be issued a bidding number Payment by cash, check or credit card due day of auction.  Credit cards may be used with convenience charge of 4%.  Cooperating Auctioneers: Troy Wedel & Lester Edgecomb

SALES TAX OF 8.5% will be collected unless have tax certificate on file with auction clerk.
