The family is settling the estate of Joan Moore by selling her personal property to the highest bidder, via online auction. Ms. Moore purchased new furniture for her home and did not live in the house very long to get to fully enjoy her new furnishings so many of the items have had little use. Custom made Oak dining table & china hutch, general line of furniture plus;patio table, lawn & garden tools and kitchen items.

1 - Patio set with four arm chairs and a table. You can tell it is been sitting outside as shows a little rust. Is in very good condition. We found no umbrella
2 - 3 piece Oak bedroom set Queen size bed, 6 drawer chest and a vanity with six drawers & two cabinet doors in the middle. Nice folding mirror. This is new good solid wood -it is not pressboard Walmart special. This is a nice set. Winning bidder will be "given" the mattress and springs as not legal to "sell" used mattress & springs in Kansas. Has a metal frame, wood headboard but no footboard. No name on the pieces but very very nice set. Has metal handles. There is a small nick on headboard. See pix
3 - Pair of side chairs. They are very nice solid wood chairs
4 -Â Wooden rocker with a padded cushion for the seat. Very good condition and has not been used much
5 - Oak standing jewelry cabinet. It is not the cheap Walmart kind guys. Has metal pulls and the jewelry hangers on the side. Is 39" tall
6 - Lamp table/cabinet with a compartment that has a metal knob on the door. Just as the other furniture in the house, it is quality merchandise
7 - Oak queen size bed with headboard, no footboard and metal frame. The mattress, springs and eggshell mattress & mattress cover are included.
8 - Oak vanity dresser with mirror, six drawers with wood handles and a cabinet in the middle. Another nice sold wood piece
9 - Lane cedar hope chest with the original tag laying in the bottom. States been pressure tested for aroma tightness "bolt in the middle of the bottom". No key has been found
10 - Athena 1200 Singer sewing machine with wood sewing cabinet. Double doors the knee hole with one of the doors missing metal handle. Has the sewing machine attachments, and sewing notions
11 - Nightstand that looks like Burl walnut but it says Hobby Lobby on the bottom side of the top
12 - Wooden pantry cabinet with metal pull. 6 foot tall, 2 foot wide, 16 inches deep. Has five shelves
13 - Wooden Oak barstool is 2 foot tall
14 - GE washer with stainless steel tub. Does not look like it has been used very much
15 - GE Profile dryer does not look like it is very old. Has 10 cycles and has king size capacity
16 - Oak Curved Glass China hutch. Does not look vintage. In excellent shape and solid wood. Has the key. Like new with three removable glass shelves. The contents sell in other lots. 5 foot tall 3 foot wide at the widest and tallest points
17 - Pair of silver table lamps with white shades. They are like new
18 - Black living room table set which consists of a coffee table and three side tables. They have silver pull knobs. Made of solid wood and they are built to last. The coffee table measures 4' x 28". And the three side tables each measure 2' x 18"Â
19 - Double recliner sofa. Approximately 7 foot long. Made of a soft leather and is in very good condition. Like we keep stating, she had new furniture and did not get to enjoy them very long
